Malaysia National Museum

The National Museum was launched by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong III Tuanku Syed Putra Al-Haj Ibni Almarhum Syed Hassan Jamalullail on the 31st of August 1963.
Design

The National Museum was designed according to a compilation of aesthetic elements and traditional Malay carving motifs. Y.T.M. Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, the Father of Independence, as well as the First Prime Minister of Malaysia, personally chose this exquisite design.

Architecture

The architecture of the National Museum comprises 26 concrete pillars, positioned to reflect the features of a traditional Malay palace. The 26 pillars concept is based on the assembly of 13 pillars to the east and 13 more to the west of the building, which represents the 13 states of Malaysia.
Mural

The mural on the west side of the building illustrates the economic activities, traditional ceremonies and customs inherited by the Malaysian society. The mural on the east side of the building faces Jalan Travers is chronologically documents the significant events of Malay history, including the eminent Malacca Malay Sultanate, colonization and the independence of Malaysia in 1957.

Characters of SpongeBob Squarepants show

There are several citizens of Bikini Bottom that have become favorites...but these are the most important!

SpongeBob Squarepants: Everyone's favorite sponge, this litte guy has swept the nation with his relentless enthusiasm, and endless positive outlook on life.

Patrick Star: SpongeBob's best friend and partner in crime, Patrick is the dimwitted sidkick that we just can't get enough of.

Squidward Johannsen Tentacles: SpongeBob's neighbor and co-worker, Squidward is definately the negative one in the group. Though Squidward acts like he hates SpongeBob, inside he cares...and comes to the rescue when you least expect it.

Gary the Snail: SpongeBob's pet, we can't help but love this little guy who looks like a snail, but acts like a cat! Gary meows, and even uses a litter box...and one unique characteristic to undersea pets, their owners can understand what they are saying

Mr. Eugene H. Krabs: This "crustaceous cheapskate" is the owner of the Krusty Krab, the local burger joint. He is SpongeBob and Squidward's boss, and the only thing he loves more than money is his daughter Pearl, who just happens to be a whale!

Sandy Cheeks: Bikini Bottoms only rodent, Sandy loves extreme sports and shares SpongeBob's love for karate. She lives in an underwater Treedome, and is the apple of Sponge's eye.

Plankton: Owns the Chum Bucket, is Mr. Krabs arch nemesis, and would love nothing more than to get his hands on the Krabby Patty Secret Formula. Oh yeah, and he went to college!

Seven habits of a highly successful diet

  1. Be a good example. Watch what you yourself reach for instinctively, like, when you're stressed.
  2. Eat in more often. Cooking your own meals means you can control the oil and fat content.
  3. Go outside more. Run together. Shoot a few hoops. Or, just take walks around the estate.
  4. Think wholesome. Stock up on, say, wholemeal crackers instead of creamed crackers for snacks. Or fruit juice instead of sugared water.
  5. Curb junk food. Limit the number of times you dine out at fast food joints or order in these "convenience" meals.
  6. Limit high-sugar foods. Don't ban things like chips and candy altogether - or she'll feel deprived. But limit them as "once-in-awhile" foods.
  7. Reward right. Don't offer high-energy foods, like candy bars, as reward. Give fruit instead.

What to do if you're alone when you have a heart attack.

Read this...It could save your life!! Let's say it's 6.15 p.m. andyou're driving home (alone of course), after an unusually hard day onthe job. You're really tired, upset and frustrated. Suddenly you startexperiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to radiate out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five km's from the hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don't know if youll be able to make it that far. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself.

HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds withoutlet-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeezethe heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure onthe heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as manyother people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!

Funny Business

A man is opening a restaurant and he asks one of his workers to come up with a name for it.
The man tells Al, one of his workers, that he will name the resaurant after the first thing Al sees when he goes out the door.

Al walks outside and the first thing he saw was a girl named Lucy and he saw her legs. He told the man, and so the restaurant was named Lucy's Legs. The man was so impressed that he said the next day Al could get a free drink.

The next day Al comes a bit early and a policeman walks by and notices Al waiting there. The policeman asks, "What are you doing?"

Al says, "I'm waiting for Lucy's legs to open so I can get a drink."
